Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

We understand that addiction or substance use disorder is just about losing self-control or not being able to quit a particular substance. It is a pretty severe medical condition that involves excessive and repeated consumption of opioids, alcohol, or other drugs. This problem can lead to lasting health problems, including organ damage or disability. It can even lead to death if untreated.

Addis Health Services provides Medication-assisted treatment through medications designed to treat opioid addiction. We mainly provide suboxone treatment. Opioids include prescription pain medications such as Percocet, Vicodin, OcyVontin, Hydrocodone, Demerol, and some illicit street opioids.
